Candi means Temple , and Dasa means ten. Candidasa is the name of the village in the east of Bali Island There are islets one mile from south. These islets were formed by the lava stone. The bigger one is called “Gili Tapekong” or “ Goat Island ” as formerly there were many goats lived there and on the west it appears like milestone ngilitepekong “Gili Mimpang”. You need two hours to reach the place by mini bus and 15 minutes to diving location by traditional boat. It takes 1 hour and 30 minutes from Nusa Dua by boat. Dive site slove and wall, visibility 10-35 meters. Start diving 10-30 meters with strong current especially three days before the full moon and three days after the full moon. Often the whirlpool is like toilet. On these dive site you may see hard coral, shark, turtle, Mola Mola in season, canyon, and many others. The water temperature is 27 o C .
